While the hotel's exterior is a little off putting, once inside it was very comfortable. Rooms were decent size and clean with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was extremely good and the bar area a good area

The location was very central. Close to Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Market, and plenty of eateries. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of fresh pastrie.
