The Royal National Park, colloquially the Nasho or the Royal, is a protected national park that is located in Sutherland Shire, south of Sydney, New South Wales, in eastern Australia. The 15,091-hectare national park is about 29 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district near the localities of Loftus, Otford, and Waterfall. It was the second national park in the world, and the first to have "National Park" as part of its name.
