Terrible customer service from reception/booking team

Food was quite good, but ambience poor, dull. Server did his best and was helpful. Surroundings need a makeover especially the stairs and hallway. And the toilets were dirty.

Food was tasty and severed quickly. Menu is OK. The waiter look depressed and very unhappy to be here. The tables are to close to each other, there’s no space. You’ll eating in some else face. The mir
