Charlie & Lacey Lybecker pull their inspiration from the Rhône valley of southern France, and make wine in that style using Washington fruit. Cairdeas (car-diss), a nod to their heritage, is Irish Gaelic for friendship, goodwill or alliance. Cairdeas Winery was started in West Seattle in 2009 and moved to the beautiful Lake Chelan Wine Valley in 2012.
