Ok price, friendly staff, convenient location, easy parking.Room needs an overall upgrade/refresh including bathroom, fridge, curtains and outdoor setting.

bed was good bathroom needed a bit of updatingsome of the shower floor tiles was missing tap handles where ready to fall off rest of the room was well setout
