Despite my friend paying $700!! For a "reservation" we go to pickup the vehicle and there's none in stock?!? How the hell do you sell something you don't have?!

Our are flight schedule changed and we arrived an hour and a half early. Despite having a reservation, budget says come back in an hour and a half. Unbelievable!!
