They are thieves, and very rude. Their office smells like Taco Bell. Their only bathroom is a porta potty and it's on the opposite side of the car lot. Must dodge semis to get to it.

Progressive took my car here after an accident. I went to retrieve my belongings and items were missing including a ratchet wrench set and the GPS mount for my dashcam. My almost new seat covers that
