Ever since tops took over price chopper has been going down hill I used to love it but every day it gets worst

I'm not sure I understand the set up at this store but what I do know is their charging carts at the store for disabled people like myself, need to be better cared for and charged more frequently.

I have done grocery pickup many times at other stores. Thought I'd try price chopper in Bennington. Never again. I get there. Call to check in. Got a voice message. Then received a text saying no one
