I'm no longer astonished as to how the office staff that deal with registering patients in several departments of this clinic whose main purpose is to serve people could be so utterly uncivil and bad

Clinic is always overcrowded. Staff is very hit or miss. Most of them act like you bother them if you have a question or need to schedule an appointment. Also getting an appointment here is terrible,

People love to skip lines here. Then I arrived before my own doctor arrived so now I'm waiting past 30m just for my doctor to come
