Using the online ticket system, you choose one of two eight-course set menus – "Red Dimensions" with fish and meat or "Green Dimensions" as a vegetarian option – and select your drinks in advance. Those who want extras can choose both menus in the variants "Exclusive Dinner", "Champagne Dinner" or "Sommelier Dinner". During the 2hr "Eatrenalin Experience", you are guided through different themed worlds and rooms on ultra-modern "floating chairs", starting in the lounge and continuing through "Waterfall", "Discovery", "Ocean", "Taste", "Umami" and "Universe" to "Incarnation", in which tailored appetisers and dishes are served. Peter Hagen-Wiest is the man behind this unique culinary concept, and he has brought various star chefs in to create dishes inspired by modern, creative, international and classic influences. The evening is clearly structured and seamlessly organised, ending with refined drinks in the bar.
