Had an appointment and took over 40 minutes just to attend me for a urine drug test. Why make an appointment if they are just going to make me wait forever .

I've been trying to get a hold of a human at this location for 2 weeks now. I need to drop off a sample and need to verify that all my info is in their system as it is a very time sensitive sample. I
