Grew up in the STL where every corner had a family pub. Local 39 so reminds me of those places. Great food and drinks, neighborhood feel, owner and staff are family. If only they had a karaoke machine

Best place you've never heard of in Birmingham. Small hole in the wall with great food, great drinks and outstanding atmosphere. The owners were super inviting and personable, best fish and chips I've
