It's a hit or miss to be honest. I always get a personal but there's no reason to burn someone's food and say it's well done you can reach out to uber eats for a refund.

If I could give it zero stars (or better yet, negative stars) I would. No one would pick up the phone, I was on hold over 10 minutes so I just drove up there. I ordered, easy enough ordering in person
