Inside an old apothecary shop, the place feels like a cornerstone of the neighborhood, even if it’s just been employing local high school students since 2010. Silver mixing machines whip up egg creams—and those are good, but you’re really here for a milkshake or one of the 12 giant sundaes. The Adirondack Creamery ice cream they use is the definition of “velvety,” and the toppings—like hot housemade caramel—are peak nostalgia.
