Service is at a snails pace. Not expecting it to be fast food but a latte and ham and cheese croissant should NOT take TWENTY MINUTES. To remedy would be to hand patrons their pastries after purchase.

The redo of your store in Old Town Alexandria, VA is sterile, loud and lacks warmth. It was cozy before with wood interior. Now it's just a cafeteria.
