Had to repair 2 broken brooches and purchased a cashmere stole. The only reason I am giving the store 2 stars and not 1 is that the repair staff were friendly and professional however the SA attitude

Lenl the sales associate needs a supervisor watching how he treats customers especially customer who spend a lot of money in this chanel. That is all I will say. Disrespectful is not even the word.
