I was involved in a road rage incident in 2010 where a psychotic white woman with two kids in her large suv chased me down the freeway and repeatedly rammed the back of my car because I honked at her

They don't answer their phone. I don't want to have to go there in person to ask a question. I called 10 times back to back and got sent to voicemail each time.
