Today I had a one minute wait in line, and then was in and out in three minutes. VEIP was on Defense Highway in Annapolis.

Came all this way to use the self kiosk and it wasn't working. No indication at all that it wasn't working until I got to the kiosk and it said closed.

This facility is supposed to open at 8 am an I was there at exactly 8am and there was nobody. All the employees were late. They didn't start working until about 8:30 am.
