I paid for a bouquet for Valentine's Day about a week in advance. They didn't arrange it, then they threatened to beat me up when I was disappointed that they didn't do what I paid them for. Horrible

I was very disappointed. When I called I mentioned a certain arrangement and said I wanted something like it with bright colors What came was 6 red roses With lot's of greenery.It wasn't even close. V
