The experience was the worst I ever experienced. They have signs posted in the reception area about not tolerating the abuse of the staff. However, the staff was abusive towards me.

Why allow me to schedule an appointment online for a drug screening just to arrive 15 minutes early for a 1pm appointment just to find out drug screening tests happen at 2.

Reception could not be more rude. Completely lacking in every aspect. No courtesy, no professionalism. Would never recommend.
