Management is a joke. The people sitting in the offices don't have a clue on what's actually going on out on the warehouse floor. One of the worst ran companies and it keeps getting worse every year.

My package has been sitting here for days and keeps getting delayed for no reason. Fedex is insanely incompetent and couldnt care less about on time delivery
