This place will never have the car you book, just go to hobby airport and get charged more because it's an airport, just a joke

No smiles, very bad energy and rude demeanor. The two ladies that work at this location are hurting Hertz's business. They have very poor attitudes, rude demeanors and maybe need some days off or anot
