LocationThe hotel has a new tv service that was not fully installed. Very difficult to operate. Staff seemed like they didn’t know what to do any more than I did. Breakfast was good, but missing some
Fruit gone and not replenished. Yogurt not replenished. On restricted diet so could not eat the warm items altho they looked great.Pillows were too firm for our liking. Shower floor was slippery.
The staff always went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!The team were excellent and the facility clean and modern!!
