I am writing this because future nurses and families deserve to know the truth about the Louisiana State Nursing Board and Pine Grove Rehab. Their system is not about protecting patients--it is about

horrible place. do not send anyone you care about there. I have nightmares from this place. during my stay I wasn't given food, nor did I receive "ANY" treatment. I either sat in my room, Day room, or
