Staff is very friendly bellmen are helpful. Michael from Zumbrota in the concierge room on the 8th floor was especially wonderful, helpful, caring and kind to everyone.
The staff team is remarkably customer focused and they make your stay personal, as though you are a guest in their home. The concierge floor is worth the extra dollars. The food is plentiful although.
