Best beef in KC! Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and Jim Bichelmeyer, great service from two brothers who make you feel more like family than a customer.

I hoping when I get there they have ham hocks with some ham pieces for my beans, they are hard to find. In the 70's we bought side of beef there , would like to visit again!
