I challenge anyone to find a better spot given beach/pool/nearby eating and shopping/etc in York Beach (or Southern Coastal Maine for that matter). YES, parking is tight in main area by pool....BUT...

First time this late (closing weekend of main hotel) as found out about HarvestFest....We now have a new tradition as Fest was awesome and hotel was till perfect. Pool at a nice and warm 85 and staff
