Not organized 10 customers waiting to place orders one person behind counter What's up with this place

The chicken sandwich was good. Service was good. It wasn't busy inside. It looked nice inside. I didn't like the staff wasn't wearing gloves when preparing the food.

I went yesterday to get something fast around 4pm i'm new in the area. And the food was so delicious and also the employees were nice. The food came out quick ofc it's a fast food restaurant but not j
