the employees are so rude and i watched them purposely ignore a customer who was waiting for almost an hour

Waited for two hours in a line of about 15 cars, over those two hours they served ~6 people. I understand fast food is a difficult job but they just simply were not trying. It got so bad I went inside

The lady and guy told us to go back around after waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through line.... they worked on 10/31 late shift
