Great customer service by Mercedes!! I have a fear of car washes (no idea why) and Mercedes reassured and offered to guide me through the wash if needed.

If you own a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, don't take it through this establishment, the rollers will rip off your windshield wipers! And will find any excuse to not honor the liability!
