Die-hard classy Kwãnt converts sip beneath thriving foliage and bartenders in white jackets stand around the huge centrepiece counter, studiously crafting things that speak to the meaning of this spot’s name: unusual. Their inventive drinks are spoken about with the same kind of reverence usually reserved for art exhibitions, and sometimes the clever ingredient play results in a genius avocado and yuzu take on a margarita, while other cocktails have convinced us that artichokes need not apply to any of our future Negronis.
