I don't know how incompetent you have to be to mix up chocolate ice cream for vanilla ice cream. Like actually make it make sense.

This is a review of the B&R company NOT this location . Years ago, B&R sold gift certificates, not cards. I bought some, and I just found the two I had left. I called to see if they would honor them;
