I called my order in. It went to the call center. The call center took my order charge my card. When I went to the Owings Mils IHOP the order was never sent to the store. I called the call center back

IHOP in Owings Mills is about what you'd expect. Not great, not horrible. Have always had good service. Food comes out a little slower than some IHOP's I've been to, but not so long to make you avoid
