I found the staff to be rude when i asked for them not to give me burnt chicken as it was the last time a week previous again it was overdone not sure who,s cooking your chicken but they require more

i used to have kfc quiet a often in the past, it was ok ,but seems to get worse by the year, bland ,dry ,to expensive for what it is, i thought id try one more time and as usual much much worse waste

Have been to this KFC about once a month for the last 2 years, and of those visits I’ve had a good experience maybe 2 or 3 times….should I have learnt my lesson after the first few bad experiences? Y.
