Sugar is probably Miami’s fanciest (and one of our tallest) rooftop spots. You’ve got to take a very cool elevator 40 floors up in Brickell’s East Hotel to get here. It’s definitely an upscale place that enforces a dress code at night and sometimes has a long line to get in. Cocktails are $16-23 and the crowd here always looks extremely ready for its close up. But if you want to put on nice clothes and are in a rooftop mood, it’s a solid spot for a fancy night out.
