I am writing to share my recent experience during my full hands and full legs waxing appointment today. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the service I received. This is not the first time -

Never again. The lady swiped all of my brows off after I'd asked for just a clean up. She just shrugged her shoulders after she'd realized that she messed up and I was forced to pay the full price.

Service could have been a lot better if they would have just communicated with me, but instead they communicated with each other in a different language, and then the owner came over and was very rude
