Too many bars (and rooftops) in downtown Nashville claim to have a great “local” crowd, but only one of them truly walks the walk. That’s Teddy’s Tavern. It's located right next to Bridgestone Arena, so it's the perfect place to post up before or after a hockey game or concert. They also give discounts to downtown employees and Tennessee residents. Their draft beers are all from Fat Bottom Brewing, and their perfectly charred burger is one of the best near Broadway. The rooftop is also completely covered, which makes it a real escape on those dreadfully hot days.
