Every time I have come into this location and needed help with a print job, including today, I'm told: A) They don't offer the service, B) It can't be done the same day, and/or C) It has to be ordered

Great associates very helpful. The printing counter is always on top of everything. They helped me with all my projects, all my important documents and my faxing! I'm not sure what the man's name is.
