The drive thru was horrible, the prices are crazy asking for much when there menu said otherwise. Cashier was very rude and cuss me out. Bad customer service.

I specifically came in to get the new Churro Hand-Scooped Ice-cream shake. Staff tells me the machine is not working. What a disappointment Carl's Jr. Never coming back to this location. Date and time

The food was super cold and the burger patties were burnt (we waited 10 min for our food) Didn't see a manager on site. Sad the quality of the food went down maybe because they always have new employe
