Most but not all of the people are very rude and quick to get you off the phone or out of the office. A little common courtesy can go a long ways ive had nothing but bad experiences with these ladies

Totally incompetent staff. Make sure when you call and ask questions that you receive your information from someone that actually knows what they are talking about. Totally wasted day.
