From Beyonce to Britney, Dua to Charli XCX, local queens Holly Box Springs and Egypt choose one princess of pop to honor every week, with a themed lip-sync playlist straight out of your Spotify Wrapped. $59 gets you unlimited Bloody Marys, mimosas, and St. Germain Spritz for the duration of the show. Choose from benedicts, the omelet bar, a breakfast pizza, and more. And when Gaga and Ariana’s Ponytail inevitably ask you to “Rain On Me,” you get those dollar bills out and oblige. Brunch is on Saturdays and Sundays, with seatings at 12:15pm and 2:30pm.
