This place has gone down hill. All the girls you had working here have all been replaced with new girls and guys with 87 different color hair. They're all slow and mess up all the timing and talk rude

I was disappointed by my experience. From my perspective, it looked like employees weren't being credited properly for their work. I went in to purchase a membership, and the staff were extremely busy
