Absolutely ridiculous customer service, the moral is extremely low..the Employees don't wanna work...there's no team support, 1 Employee would actually watch another employee work when tge line is ext
Constantly have 1 person working for a line of 20. Horrible service. Stood in line 40 minutes for 6 people ahead of me. Worst post office around.
Staff is kind and always helped me with my stuff . I usually have my stuff labeled and just drop it off and get a receipt so haven't had any issues
