Avis has taken reservations for well over 15 people on my flight with no cars available. Insane!

Ran out of car! Four people in front of me on waiting list and 8-10 waiting (not sure if they're together). I've had these reservations for months!

After being left stranded due to flight delays throughout the day and an early closure by Dollar Car Rental in the Jackson, MS airport, I had NO recourse but to rent from the ONLY available car rental
