Not a traditional sushi bar. While they are somewhat of a sushi fusion bar, the food was uniquely delightful. I love the balance of Serrano chilis with sushi. It was a good treat to have Modelo Negro

Wow. We went to Hamachi last night on the recommendation of a dear friend in Palm Springs. She said to order the Despelucado...we did...and it was THE SINGLE BEST roll I have ever had in my life! The
