I prepaid a car reservation with Dollar car rental in Parma, OH. Just about 18 hours prior to pick up, I received a cancelation email telling me they didn't have any more cars. So now they have my $43

Everything went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Was concerned from some of the older reviews but we had no problems or concerns.
