A HORRIBLE experience. The website claims to open at 7:30 am and they do NOT. I waited in the cold outside the door for 30 mins. I was waiting after that nearly an HOUR just to provide a urine sample!

Every time I come to this location, I am in and out very quickly. I never feel a thing when I get my labs done. Everyone that works here is friendly.

I made an appointment online and it made no difference. The front window says "broken don't knock" so there is no way to speak with anyone. Eventually left because I got tired of waiting. I will try a
