Scheduled appointment based on recommendation from insurance company. Arrived for appointment to be told I didn't have one scheduled. It had been cancelled due to the windshield not being at the store

Peeled paint from basic windshield replacement. Hopefully they make it right, but how do you not notice this while performing replacement? Unreal!
