Beware if you book your room it can be double booked and you my not get it we got a room right at the end and had traffic noise all night

We've just spent the weekend 27 Feb - 1st Mar 2026 at this hotel. It's just been refurbished and I personally was really chuffed with the room. A couple of finishing touches needed but al-in-all I re.

Carrie was super helpful, I had an issue a she was really quick to solve it and apologise even though it wasn’t her fault. Great service from her.
