Just in case any Costa management looking at this we just encountered the most miserable, unhelpful, begrudging staff at 12.45 on 11/2/26

Nice friendly staff, decent drinks, food had little filling in it but was nice enough - just not for the price!! Two drinks and two pre-made food items set us back just under £20 😳 My heart sank

Whilst waiting in the queue to be served Alan Wardell the barista made sure he acknowledged everyone who arrived with a smile and telling them he would get to them shortly. I love this as it was both.
